These terms govern use of the public Legal Vault website at legalvault.ie and its product demonstration and trial request facilities. They are not the contract for a live Legal Vault deployment and they do not create a solicitor-client relationship.

1. About Legal Vault

Legal Vault is a legal technology product built and operated by Avant Garde Web. It is designed to support structured client intake, services and payments, assignment, case progression and practice oversight for solicitor practices.

2. No legal advice

Information on this website describes Legal Vault and related workflow concepts. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor.

3. Demonstrations and trials

Demonstration and trial environments are for evaluation. Use representative information only unless a separate live deployment and appropriate data-handling arrangements have been agreed. Do not submit confidential client or case information through public demonstration forms.

4. Practice responsibility

A solicitor practice remains responsible for its own professional obligations, client acceptance, conflicts procedures, identity and anti-money-laundering checks, costs information, engagement terms, legal advice and matter conduct. Legal Vault supports workflow. It does not determine whether a practice should accept an instruction.

5. Payments

Where a Legal Vault deployment includes payment functionality, payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Payment does not by itself mean that a solicitor practice has accepted a matter or created a solicitor-client relationship.

6. Intellectual property

The Legal Vault product, interface, workflows, documentation, branding and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Avant Garde Web attribution and Legal Vault version information must not be removed from demonstration or evaluation materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Availability and changes

We may update this public website, demonstration environment, features, pricing information and product descriptions as Legal Vault develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the public website or demonstration service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or use demonstration facilities to store real confidential legal information.

9. Third-party services

Some deployments may use third-party services such as payment processors, email delivery, hosting or meeting platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy information.
